For growing teams wanting deeper, ongoing collaboration. Each month includes up to 8 hours for:

Expanded basic HR support (e.g., multiple job postings, ongoing onboarding improvements, simple handbook/policy clean‑up)
Standing monthly check‑in plus email support with priority response
Basic HR support is administrative and process‑focused only and does not include legal, tax, or compliance advice; you remain responsible for final employment decisions and for reviewing HR materials with your attorney or HR professional as needed.
